Subject: Imagine that you are a manager at a large insurance company. You find out that very soon everyone who applies to your company for health insurance will be given a genetic test to determine how likely they are to develop a genetic illness. The test will tell you which people are most likely to develop a serious genetic disease in the future. In an e-mail to the other managers of company, explin why you agree or disagree with this use of genetic testing.

Hi all managers,

I heard everyone who applies to our company for health insurance will be given a genetic test to determine how likely they are to develop a genetic illness. I disagree it since everyone has his own human rights. We can't abridge their human rights.

Although the test will tell us which people are most likely to develop a serious genetic disease in the future and then we can decide if they can apply to our company for health insurance or not, or if we need to raise their insurance fee or not. We still can't do it since insurance company and people who insure to our company all need to take the risk. People who has illness need insurance's protection more than healthy people. It's not fair to do genetic test for anyone.

On the other hand to think about this thing, if I need to do genetic test before I insure and I will give up to insure since I don't like to know I will have illness in the future in advance. Insurance is existed to protect the people who "live"; if someone died, insurance can protect his family.

Please consider to abolish this policy from now on. Let insurance to protect everyone, no matter he is poor, rich, illness or healthy. Thanks!

What is your favorite room in your home and why?

Home is a very important place because it can bring comfortable and warmth for us. Everyone has a home, home is a harbour of refuge for people when they get any troubles. Fortunately, I have my own sweet house and it follows my instructions to design. Now I would like to introduce my house!

My house has five rooms; they're living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and study.

This is living room which is including nice and warm light, a very comfortable sofa, glass table and a 37" LCD TV. I usually like to lie on the sofa and watch TV when I come home. Everyone likes to lie on my sofa when they come to my home. The big LCD TV is the gift given by my brother to celebret the housewarming, it's really a good present.

Although I'm seldom cooking, kitchen is necessary for me. When I don't want to go outside, it is convenient to cook some simple meals.

My house also has two balconies, one is viewing balcony and the other is working balcony. If my friends visit to me, I will put desk and chairs at balcony. We can have a coffee or tea and chat each other. That's really a beautiful live!

This is my bedroom, it's very simple and only has a wardrobe, a bed and two cabinets. I hope it's just a warm sleeping room, so I didn't put desk and bookcase in it.

My favorite room is study. It doesn't has wall in the front, whole glass wall is instead of brick wall and whole glass door is instead of wood door. In this room, there is a bookcase on the left side and a big window on the back side. I like this room since it is a multi-functional room. Usually it is a study but when I play guitar, it becomes a music room; when I do exercise inside, it becomes a gym; when friends visit, it becomes another bedroom.

Actually, it is a desirable house and I love it very much. Hey guys, welcome to my home!

Guitar Club mini concert

Last time I said, the guitar club will be close after the mini concert on 11/10. But after the concert, each club member decided to keep running the club. The purpose of this concert is going to be showed our achievements. Although some of the members are beginners, everyone really did good job in this concert.

I would like to share a special show here. Before this concert, I would like to perform a song which is called" 香格里拉". This song is mentioned everyone has a dream, but we need to keep going on and never give up. Then, we can let our dreams come true. I would like to encourage our members, more and more people didn't go to guitar club any more that is because this is a company. Everyone is busy on the job and doesn't have more time to practice, so they didn't come any more. If we still love guitar, why we need to close guitar club? We'll wait for anyone who want to learn guitar to join us.

I prepared a film that is included many pictures, events from beginning to now and I didn't tell anyone. I want to awaken team member's memories and also want to let everybody know join guitar club is very very happy. When I performed this song, we turned off the light and performed with this film in the corner of stage. It seems everyone like this kind of performance, my effort is worthful.

There are over 30 people to join this concert and 7-8 people want to join guitar club. We're happy because it seems guitar club relives again!

Timmy

He is my nephew, his name is Timmy.

He is 5 years old and study in kindergarten now. Last week was Halloween, they have a party. He disguised as Batman. These fittings was making by his mother.

I think kids study in school and the busiest are parents.
Looking his facial expression! So cute...Right?
